Galvan Torque is the most popular series of reels from Galvan. We have tested them thoroughly before choosing to have them in the store. Daniel and Christoffer have used them for everything from Danish coastal fishing to tuna and queenfish in tropical saltwater. These are strong reels that can go the distance and have a fantastic brake. The reel is turned and milled from the best material and has a very nice finish and design. This is a tank of a reel with a very hard anodizing that holds up well even on the long haul. The brake is easy to adjust and the reel is relatively light, especially in relation to wear resistance and the quality of the brake.

The reels match the size with the line class, so a size 4 is perfect on a class 4 rod and a size 8 is perfect on a class 8.

At the same time, this is one of the best reels for the price in the large sizes for salmon and saltwater. You get a lot of reel for the price in sizes 9, 10 and 12.

We are not alone in our love for the Galvan Torque. The wheel has won several awards and has been on the market in its current form for many years. It is a design that lasts and works, which is why it looks the same as when it was launched.

In our opinion, this is a fantastic reel that has our warmest recommendation whether you are fishing light dry flies or heavy big strong fish in the tropics.

The right to claim does not cover faults, damage, or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused by incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence, or unauthorized intervention. Claims for faults and defects must be reported to Nordic Anglers within a reasonable time after the fault or defect was discovered or ought to have been discovered.

In connection with warranty claims, Nordic Anglers will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
