PAYMENT TERMS

Nordic Anglers (Alt-I-Fiskegrej Aps) accepts payment via Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA Electron, MasterCard, and Maestro. Any card fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Payment will not be charged to your account until the item is shipped.

Alt-I-Fiskegrej Aps encrypts all your card information using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized parties cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.

Alt-I-Fiskegrej Aps also accepts payment via bank transfer by arrangement. Once we have registered your transfer, we will ship the item. Please transfer the funds to the following account:

Alt-I-Fiskegrej Aps reserves the right to correct typing errors and may be out of stock.

DELIVERY

We pack orders on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and ship them the same day. Orders placed by 2:30 PM are shipped the same day. We ensure delivery via GLS (unless otherwise specified) to the recipient on the date requested in the order. All orders are subject to a shipping fee of 35 DKK.

However, timely delivery is contingent upon GLS adhering to its next-day delivery schedule. Should delays occur on GLS’s part, this will correspondingly delay delivery relative to the requested delivery date. GLS’s quality targets for delivery reliability are a minimum of 97% for letter parcels and a minimum of 99% for parcel post. Please note that these percentages are averages and may mask significant local and temporary variations. Nordicanglers.com cannot be held liable for delays on the part of GLS. In the event of significantly delayed (several days) or outright missed deliveries, nordicanglers.com will, of course, send a new shipment at no charge.

Delivery to Bornholm and certain small islands is not covered by GLS’s goal of next-day delivery, as shipments to these areas may in some cases take two days. Nordicanglers.com strives to provide next-day delivery, but in special cases it may take longer. In such cases, you will be contacted. We ship to the Faroe Islands, Greenland, and other countries, but at a higher shipping rate.

RETURN POLICY

You have a 60-day return window for the items, calculated from the day they are received or from the day you receive the order confirmation, if you receive it after the items.
