The reason why the Lamson Liquid wheel is cheaper than many other waterworks wheels is because the Lamson Liquid wheel is a cast wheel. This is a cheaper process than turning the wheel out of a block of aluminum.
A cast reel is not quite as strong as a turned reel, but we have been selling these reels for many years and they are five-way and very durable. This is probably the best reel on the market in its price range and with the 3 pack option to buy two extra spools at a great price this reel is uniquely good value for money.

Size -3+ is for grades 2,3,4
Size -5+ is for grades 4,5,6
Size -7+ is for grades 6,7,8
Size -9+ is for class 8 and 9 and for light two-handed fishing
